Barcode vs. QR Code

Do you have to have both the barcode and QR Code on the ticket to use the mobile app to scan tickets or can I just use one or the other on the ticket… IE just the QR Code ?

Yes you can use either or.

Not all scanners read QR’s so we include both by default but you are free to use whichever you prefer.
