Hey Guys! So we’d love to use this feature but since we have to create so many events due to the promo code restraints on individual tickets, we haven’t been able to use it. Is there a setting or how difficult would it be for it to look up BOTH the event and the ticket vs us manually choosing the event and then scanning the ticket?

Hi,
The barcode scanner UI doesn’t include a search for individual ticket types. Its first step is always “Choose Event”.
What you could do instead is use the mobile app which has a feature that lets you scan a ticket without selecting the event first. You’ll find more information about that feature here:
