My ticket bar is not showing please let me know how to fix this. and also i want to change this ticket layout. |

Is this on the ticket itself? If so, can you link me to a ticket for a test registration I can take a look at?
You can change the output of the ticket within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Ticket. However, depending on what it is you want to change you may need to create your own custom ticket template variation.

I’m not getting the same results as above, I can check registrants in/out with the app without a problem. Are you using Android or iOS? |

Can you go on your EE dashboard -> General Settings if you did upload anything in your company logo? you can also check custom message by going to EE Dashboard -> Message -> Custom Message Please send us screenshot of the message you received. thanks |

Can you check the setting in your price? You can do that by going to EE Dashboard ->pricing -> Tax settings
