Hi,
I received only Bank Transfer on an event, but the Bank Information not come out after processes.

I have updated to the latest version 4.8.14p, the issue is almost the same as https://eventespresso.com/topic/bank-draft-payment-option-now-working-properly/

Hi there Pupung,
Is your WordPress site installed in a subfolder?
For example, if you go to WordPress settings –> General, does the WP URL and Site URL match?

Hi there,
This is likely being caused by WPEngine disabling the WP Heatbeat API on all but their ‘blessed’ pages. You’ll need to contact them and have them enable it and as they also use server side caching, I would recommend requesting they disable the cache for the EE ciritical pages.
