Ban/Reject registration

I’ve successfully implemented a ban/rejection feature on a registration form by performing a lookup against a custom table. When the email address is flagged as invalid, an error message is displayed, and the processing halts as expected. However, I’m encountering an issue where, after processing a valid email address, the registration process fails to complete, and the user isn’t redirected to the thank-you page. I suspect there might be an error in setting the process step or stage. do you have a URL I can upload the code for your review? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If your problem is on valid email, We have upcoming feature update of MX record validation. it will checks whether the email address entered by a user is valid or fake.

Since that is a custom plugin you made, we can only advice. Or the best option is go here. https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/
