Bambora Gateway Plug-in Card Type

Not sure if you will have an answer since it is a third party… I was wondering if there is a short code I can add to the registration email that would pull the card type being used on the payment gateway so our accountant can note it when they receive the Payment Details email. Right now they have to log-in to Bambora and check… which is another step they have to do…

Hi there,

Event Espresso doesn’t have any shortcodes to pull card details into messages and one of the reasons for this is due to the fact that the data isn’t always available.

For example with offsite payment methods, the user is directed to the payment merchants site to make the payment and EE doesn’t have any access to that information, it simpy knows if a payment was completed or not.

So, as it stands it up to the payment method in question to add those shortcodes.
