OK, we are interested but we’ve had folks tell us before that their infusionsoft plug ins worked so we’re a bit gun shy. What are your policies if we find it doesn’t work as it is supposed to? Refunds?

Generally, no; we only offer refunds in some very certain situations. We offer non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods and services and provide several methods to evaluate our products: Event Espresso Lite, Pre-sales Forum, free Test-drive, and a Full Test-drive.
