Badge Printing

Hello – We are trying to figure out how we can get EE to communicate to a laptop / kiosk so attendees can print their badges at show registration provided they have reregistered, Suggestions?

Hi,

The simple solution is to print the badges ahead of time by means of a badge printing service. More information here:

With regards to getting your site to communicate to a laptop/kiosk, that would usually require you laptop/kiosk having access to the internet. If it does, then you could look at using the Barcode scanner add-on, which has an Lookup Attendee feature and the view could be extended (with custom development) to include a link to view the ticket, which could be printed.
