My organization is having some issues with duplicate registrations for events, and we feel like its because people are using the back button on the browser, when they are on the registration page. Not sure why but that appears to be the issue.
Is there a way to have a back button on the registration page itself, that won’t actually count that registration? Therefore we won’t be getting duplicates if people refill the registration form in.

Hi there,
I’m afraid there isn’t a way to have a back button on the registration page itself that will prevent re-submitting earlier forms. You may want to consider updating to Event Espresso 4 though, because in EE4 the registration process happens on a single page, and having everything happen on one page helps eliminate duplicate form submissions.
