Available tickets can't be saved

Hello,
I can make several available tickets for an event, however, since a short time I can make them but when I save the event, only the first ticket is saved, all other tickets are gone. Why is this and how can I solve it? We really need to sell several available tickets per event.

Hi there,

Have you recently changed themes or installed any new plugins since this happened?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information and search for ‘max_input_vars’ what value do you have?

You mentioned this happens with tickets, does the same also happen if you create additional datetimes on and event?

Hi Tony,
Thank you. I removed a new plugin I installed and it is working again.

However I now see this message:
The admin page for was not correctly setup because it is using an older method for integrating with Event Espresso Core. This means that full functionality for this component is not available. This error message usually appears with an Add-on that is out of date. Make sure you update all your Event Espresso 4 add-ons to the latest version to ensure they have necessary compatibility updates in place.

All add-ons are updated, so I don’t know why this message is there.

Hmm, ok, I’m glad you found the problem.

Can you share which plugin caused the problem?

Regarding the notice, it’s a persistent notice, meaning once it is thrown it remains until the admin clicks to dimiss it (bottom right of the message). If was likely thrown when your add-ons were not all up to date, now you have updated them can you dismiss the message and see if it returns? If it does not then EE is setup correctly.
