Hi, I’ve searched all over your website and couldn’t find the answer.
Is there a way in EE4 to setup a minimum number of attendees for an event and when reached, the event automatically sends an email to attendees to state it’s on?
I know there’s a pre-approval feature but I don’t want to have to keep an eye on it, just set the minimum amount of attendees and by a certain date, if this number hasn’t been reached, the event would email a cancellation message and offer to re-book or get a refund.
Is that feasible?

Hi Aurelien, automatic approval of the registration status after a certain amount of registrations is not currently a feature of Event Espresso 4.
You could check with an Event Espresso professional about a custom coding solution:
