automatical E-Mail

Hello, we use EE4. We would like to receive an automatic e-mail as soon as a person registers so that we can confirm the registration. In addition, the person who has registered, an automatic e-mail is that they have registered but the confirmation is still pending. How does this work? Thank you!

Hi there,

The above should happen by default and it sounds like you need to use the ‘Not Approved’ event status.

So to confirm, you want the user to select tickets, input their details and then see a message showing they are awaiting approval from an admin?

At that point and email is sent to the user and the admin showing the registration is awaiting approval?

Is so you can set the ‘Default Registration Status’ to ‘Not Approved’ on the event – http://take.ms/vDYz6 (the bottom settings)

You’re most welcome.

One thing to note, when you ‘approve’ the registration, most people want the registration set to pending payment, not approved.

Approved means they apply to the sold limits.

Penning payment means you’ve accepted the registration but they still need you pay.
