automatic upgrades

I am currently at 3.1.22.2.P and having problems trying to install the 3.1.24.2 version.

I entered my site license key in the General Settings page and saved it however I don’t see the one-touch upgrade.

And I was unable to find any instructions. Now I see why you have to purchase support tokens to have someone to do it for you. This software is not user friendly.

my site license still lists as “not active”

3.1.22.P did not have the auto update feature built in. So you’ll need to manually update this time. The download link is available on your account page. Here are manually update instructions: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/
