Automatic upgrades not working

I have Version 3.1.24.P installed on my site, using a developer licence with the licence key correctly entered in the settings page.

However, I still see the message below on my plugins page:

> There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key for this addon.
There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View version details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

Any ideas why and how to resolve this?

Hi rdyble,

It is possible that there is whitespace at the beginning or ending of the key you copied into the license key field in EE settings. Once you clear out the whitespace it should work fine.
