Hi there, I’m getting the error message:
I only have the site licence key on one domain, and it shows the correct domain in my account. The site is tiggys.ca. Thanks! |

Hi, I reset your licence key. Please advise if this does not resolve the matter. |
|
Hi again, Thanks |
Hello, We have reassigned your support license key. Please try the new one from your account page: https://eventespresso.com/users/tiggys/ — |

That did the trick, thank-you!! |

September 30, 2014 at 12:50 am Apparently that didn’t work after all! There has been another EE3 update and I’m getting the message again
What else can we try? Thanks |
Hi Jackie, I have reset your license key once again. Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting. That should remove the notice and allow you to update. |

I tried removing the key, saving, reinserting, saving, no luck. I tried removing it and logging out and then logging back in and reinserting it, no luck. I tried removing the key, deactivating all my plugins and then only reactivating the EE3 plugin, reinserting the key, no luck. I’ve checked and rechecked to make sure there’s no white spaces. Is there any chance my SSL is screwing it up somehow? I’m still unable to update. |
Could you remove the existing support license key and save? Then copy and paste the support license key from your Event Espresso account page into your general settings page for Event Espresso within your WP dashboard? — |

Finally got it working! Thanks, it must not have been reset last time I tried doing that? Hopefully fixed for good. |
