Hi,
i have this message in WP Backend which i do not understand:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

We change nothing on our end and there is still the one and only domain we use EE on.

I have reset the licence key for you, let me know if the message does or does not disappear.

Edit:

in my event espresso account on your website it shows the license key and “Not Active”.

I’m having the same issue with my account. Further, I cannot find where my license key is on your site.

It might show Not Active because you haven’t entered the license into your Event Espresso > General Settings and resaved. If it is entered and resaved, then you may need to clear it out and resave the with the field empty, then reenter it and save .

Hey Seth, I have cleared the field and saved. I then reentered the license key as you suggested, but am still receiving the same error.

@Keith go back to your General Settings page and save again. I just reset the key so we’ll see if that works. Also, make sure you don’t have any other (old) versions of Event Espresso installed on your site as that might be causing a problem.

Thanks @chris, resetting the key must have worked, I’ve successfully be able to update the site.
