Automatic Updates not working

I renewed our license recently but nothing else has changed. I am not sure why I am getting this message now..
“You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
I am getting the same message for the mailchimp integration plug-in.

I verified that the license key on my general setting page is correct.

Hi there,

I checked and I’m seeing invalid API key errors in the stats. Here’s what we’ll do: We’ll assign your account a brand new key. You can delete the one you’re using now and head over to your account page to copy the new key and enter the new one on your site.
