Automatic Update not working

I keep getting this message at the top of my dashboard:
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys.”

There are no other installations of Event Espresso in my files and I’m only using it on one website (familybuilders.net). Can you help me get this corrected. Thanks!

I just reset your license. Let me know if you get the error again.

Thank you, Garth! That did the trick. No more error message and the update performed flawlessly.

I am experiencing similar issue. The automatic update is not working. It said “An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available..”

I have a business license and am only using it on one site. http://www.ReikiEducation.org

Thank you.

You can troubleshoot auto update issues by following the tips in this post:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/plugin-auto-update-tips/

If it still does not work after trying those tips, please let us know and we can reset your license key.

Please reset my license key and tell me what I need to do to get the automatic update working. Thank you. The error message is:
You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Thank you so much for your help.

I have the same problem. Please advise (or reset if that’s the thing).

Message is: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I have the same problem. I tried the things in Josh’s video and it didn’t work out like it did for him. Any other suggestions?

Having the same problem. I need to update for upcoming events asap and now this thing won’t let me do anything. I have a personal license for just one account: vallombrosa.org I have another but it’s a separate logon all together. Guess I better go check it to see if I’m having problems with that one.

What do I do to fix this? I don’t understand how or where to get help anymore. Your new site is very confusing. Goodness.

Hi all,

OK, I have reset the licences for

@shannon
@jasper
@bcoryer
@eswyt I did yours earlier on another thread.

All, please see this thread and follow instructions https://eventespresso.com/topic/site-moved-licensing-did-not-like-it/#post-17584

WE are working on changing the way licences are handled so this type of issue will be reduced and/or stopped.
