Automatic update for version 3.1.29 not working

Please help – I’ve viewed the support docs and video:

No older versions installed, and the support key is referencing my site.
How do I update?

Will not do automatic update.

Are you seeing any errors when you try to update?

Yes, the first is in the plugin section

“There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.30.7.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” (my site license key is connected)

then, when I try to update anyway:

“An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Auto-updates are not available for this theme. ”

Please advise. Thank you!!

Hi Jeff,

I deleted your old key and created a new one. Please try entering the new license key in the Event Espresso > General Settings.
