Automated Upcoming Event Notifications (2)

Hello everyone.
The Automated Upcoming Event Notifications add-on sends the reminder email 2 days before the event, when I have it set to be 1 day before.
For example, I have an event scheduled for October 17 (see photo) and configure the Automated Upcoming Event Notifications add-on to send the reminder 1 day before (see photo).
The problem is that the reminder arrived 2 days before, that is, on the 15th of the octure, when it had to arrive on October 16.
Can you tell me how to solve this problem?
Thank you.

Hi,

The screenshots does not show this, may I ask is the Global notification set for 1 day or was the custom upcoming event notification set for 1 day before the event?

Hi,

I checked your site and it appears your site has the beta version installed, version 1.0.0.beta.098. The beta versions were intended for testing, they were not intended to be used on production sites as they were not finished.

The official release of the Automated Upcoming Event Notifications add-on is available. Can you remove the beta version and replace with the official release? You can download a copy of the official release from your account page.

Also, since your production site had a beta version installed, you may need to reset the cron schedule for the Automated message task.

You can reset the cron schedule by following these steps:
1) Install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin
2) Deactivate the Automated Upcoming event notification plugin
3) Go to Tools > Cron Events, find this scheduled event:
AHEE__EventEspresso_AutomatedEventNotifications_core_tasks_Scheduler__check
, and delete it
4) Activate the current version of the Automated Upcoming event notification plugin

These are the options that I have available to download from my account.

Please do not tell me that I also have to buy this add-on in order to have this workable.
Thank you

Hi,

The beta version you have on your site isn’t intended to be used on production sites, and therefore isn’t something we’ll support going forward. I’ll leave it at that since you’ve asked me not to mention purchasing a support license.
