Hello,
Months ago, I posted an issue about my post-event notifications not working. I managed to get it working once during the resolution process, but no luck after that.
I recently saw another post about a person with a similar issue and it seemed that it didn’t work when they had both upcoming and post event notifications active. So, I decided to try and turn off my upcoming event notifications (they had already been sent) and see if things worked. I also activated the admin perspective. The admin post-event notification went out, but the registrant did not (I triple-checked to see that it was active).
Any suggestions on what could possibly make that happen?
Thanks in advance.

Is there any generated email and do you see any error message in your dashboard? You can go to EE -> Messages -> and on Message Activity, you will see this remark if it failed.

You also mention that you made some resolution? can you give more details about what are the things you already did?

Thanks

The only email listed under the Automated Post Event Notification category is the one that went to the Admin. There is no entry for any others.

Previously, I created a new event and a fresh post event message template in case something got corrupted somewhere. It was months ago so I can’t say for sure, but I probably didn’t have upcoming event notifications enabled for the test event. I set an event date for the same day, registered myself and waited to see if it sent a message the next day. That one did.
So, I made a new post event template for my real events and set it to be used for a some events that we hold monthly (I just duplicate previous event and change details), but none have run. Not one in months. They also have upcoming event notifications that work just fine.

I tried with another event – Only admin email went out. Registrants were not sent anything.
For that one, I removed the automated upcoming event that was previously set (and had already gone out) and made a minor change to the event date/time updated the page.
