Is there any generated email and do you see any error message in your dashboard? You can go to EE -> Messages -> and on Message Activity, you will see this remark if it failed. You also mention that you made some resolution? can you give more details about what are the things you already did? Thanks |

The only email listed under the Automated Post Event Notification category is the one that went to the Admin. There is no entry for any others. Previously, I created a new event and a fresh post event message template in case something got corrupted somewhere. It was months ago so I can’t say for sure, but I probably didn’t have upcoming event notifications enabled for the test event. I set an event date for the same day, registered myself and waited to see if it sent a message the next day. That one did. |
