There is not currently a process to automatically email pending payment attendees. This type of feature would need to take a number of factors into consideration such as: event status, event date, datetime date, ticket status, availability, etc. Interesting idea, but it also has a lot of potential to do something unexpected.
Currently, the easiest and safest way to achieve what you’re wanting is to:
– Go to Registrations
– Filter Registrations by: event, status of Pending Payment
– Select all the results (or a full page)
– Bulk: Set Registrations to Pending Payment and Notify (you’re technically not changing the status because the registration status is already Pending Payment).
– Click Apply
That will trigger the Pending Payment reminder to everyone you have selected.

I do realize and understand there are a lot of factors and yes it does increase the risk of the unexpected.
We will continue to do the same as you have shown. Thankfully we haven’t had a ton of these since most of our events are card payment only.
I was secretly there was a feature I wasn’t seeing. If this can be an official request in a future release to have as an feature I would be thankful.
