Hi. I saw a previous post from some years ago with someone looking to be able to trigger automated follow up emails for those having attended an event.

In it, it was mentioned you were working on this feature for EE4, has this been done? Is it still in the works? And new advice?

I believe that was EE3 Topic and the solution was on EE4 Add-on, we call it Automated Upcoming Event Notifications Add-on

Ok. Thanks. I hadn’t seen this add-on. And it can be configured to auto send a message to an attendee at the end of an event as a follow up?

Hi there,

That add-on adds an ‘upcoming’ and ‘post’ message type for events and datetimes.

It currently will not allow you to use an upcoming AND post message of the same type. So for example a upcoming event notification and a post event notification, but you can use an upcoming event and post datetime notifications (if your events only have 1 datetime this is essentially the same thing, if multiple datetimes you can’t use thise setup).
