Hi,

I have recently downloaded your “Automated Upcoming Event Notifications” program. Do these reminders send to my customers via email, text, or both?

I am looking to send email and text reminders 1, 2, or 3 days prior. Do you have any suggestions? I am not sure if you offer text automation. If not, what program would you recommend for this?

The plugin is automated email reminder. You can check the documentation here.

We do not offer SMS reminder, I believe mailchimp has that option, you can look on it.
