Automate Event reminder

Hi,
I want to create automation for a event reminder email. So same way the email is sent automatically when someone registered I want the registrant to receive a reminder 2 days before the event. I saw this thread:

But it is manual. Someone who has an event each day or twice a day will spend all days in sending emails- what we are trying to prevent when using technology

Hi,

There are plans to finish the development of the Automated Upcoming Event Reminder add-on. I’m afraid it’s not available yet though.
