Sorry for the trouble. Can you send us admin access to the site so the developer of the Plugin Update Engine can take a look? If so, please send these via the contact form on this page:

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

This is the same error that was addressed for the auto-update that your team resolved. Can you approach it from that angle and see if the same fix works again before I send credentials?

Hi there,

We were able to get credentials from other folks and that has helped us figure out a few of the issues with the update engine and keys not working as expected. We have been working on a fix that we hope will resolve the auto-update issues once and for all.

I’m going to close this thread and point anyone having auto update errors to this thread as it has the latest information:
