Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
This is the same error that was addressed for the 3.1.28.1 auto-update that your team resolved. Can you approach it from that angle and see if the same fix works again before I send credentials?
We were able to get credentials from other folks and that has helped us figure out a few of the issues with the update engine and keys not working as expected. We have been working on a fix that we hope will resolve the auto-update issues once and for all.
