Auto Upcoming Event email send to past/future tickets with One event?

Does the Automated Upcoming Event email send to both past/future tickets within One event? We sell multiple tickets and dates within ONE event, so looking to understand if we automate the reminder emails if it will send reminders to both past and future ticket holders within ONE main event.

Hi there,

Does the Automated Upcoming Event email send to both past/future tickets within One event?

If using the Automated Upcoming Event Notification then it will only trigger once per event as a whole.

We sell multiple tickets and dates within ONE event…

So one event with multiple datetimes? Each datetime being the next ‘recurrence’ of that event?

If that’s the case you will want to use the ‘Automated Upcoming Datetime Notification’ message type. That will trigger once per datetime on the event.
