Auto-fill (User names) is no longer working

We’ve been able to start typing in one of our students names into the Add Registration form and the browser will auto fill the rest up until about a month ago.

Any idea why this no longer works? It has saved us so much time!

Hi Shelly,

Is auto-fill still enabled in your browser?

I checked in Chrome and Firefox on a couple of test sites and it worked as expected, which browser are you using?

Ok -she is using Safari… I’m talking about the autofill that shows student names, I’m not sure that data is coming from the browser caching….

Hi Shelly,

Maybe they’ve unchecked the setting in Safari > Preferences that disables the autofill for forms. Here’s a screenshot of what the settings panel looks like:
