Auto Creating Users

I have auto create users with registrations turned on. What happens if someone already has a user account, but they don’t log in, to purchase a ticket? Do they have another account created?

Hi there,

If a user registers onto an event using details that already exist on your site, it wont allow the registration and will prompt them to log in – https://monosnap.com/file/60pVOIp8hf4ZNy22r2n2liLH0EJL0Q
