Authorize.net Transactions Failing

Hi there! We have authorize.net setup as our chosen payment gateway. We have connected it using our authorize.net login and password. However, after registrants fill out the reg form, and proceed to pay, their transactions are failing. Any idea why? Thank you in advance for your help!

Were there any error messages?

Also, you are using AIM which is an onsite payment process. Normally this requires an SSL certificate on your site (it does not need to be site wide, but does need to be on the payment page). Without an SSL it is possible for the payment processor to have problems and/or reject payments.

If you used a gateway such as PayPal (normal) or authorize,net SIM, as these are offsite gateways where the payment is processed on that company’s site, an SSL is not required.
