We had a registrant buy a ticket for an event, and in the backend, it states that it was paid by Authorize.net. It captured the cc number, the billing info, TXN ID, etc. The transaction was also accepted by Authorize.net (Reason code 1).
However, when the admin for the event received the email confirmation that the registrant registered, the email gave his payment method as “Check” and that the payment was incomplete.
The transaction does not show up in the Authorize.net account linked to Event Espresso for this gateway at all. So I’m confused on what may be going on here.
This seems to be the only instance of this happening.
