Event Espresso version: 3.1.29.1.P

The information in the yellow box on the payment settings (Authorize.net SIM) is incorrect and doesn’t reflect the Transaction page listed on the Organization settings page. How can I change that information?

I’ve tried deactivate/activate the payment method, deactivate/activate the Event Espresso plugin, deleting (and removing from trash) the existing page and recreating, and nothing will change what is in that yellow box.

Thoughts?

Hi,

In the General Settings the pages which contain the core Event Espresso shortcodes are shown. If you change the page for the Auto Return URL that will update the yellow box in the Authorize.net SIM settings http://d.pr/i/8vzG

Obviously the new page needs the correct shortcode in it.

Dean,

Thanks for the response. I probably didn’t make myself clear. Changing the dropdown for the EE shortcode doesn’t change the autoreturn url as it should. Nothing does. That’s the problem. The yellow box does not get updated when you change the page on the general settings page.

Hi,

Are you running any sort of Caching program such as W3 total cache? If so try deactivating, clearing your cache and trying again.

If not please let me know.

I’m not using any sort of caching program.

HI there,

Can you let us know what the Authnet SIM Payment settings box is saying the Relay Response URL is?

When you check that page in the editor, is there a shortcode on it? If there is, what is the shortcode?

Is there a different URL displayed in the modal box that appears when you click the blue question mark next to where it says “Relay Response URL”?
