all i see is “from the blog” – but that certainly doesn’t work for payment settings.

i’ve deleted and re-installed… same issue.

i’m using the ‘avada’ theme from themeforest – the site’s not public right now- i’d be willing to share privately – this plugin will not work at all as it is, please help.

Hello Gabriel,

This might be because the memory allocation isnt sufficient. You can increase the memory allocation by editing the wp-config.php file.

I just increased the memory successfully to 64mb, but i am still having the same issue. any other thoughts? can i send you a login?

Hi,

You mentioned in your submission that you are sharing FTP access. I assume your hosting is shared hosting? Who is the host?

Also I am concerned about the WordPress installation itself, even with the default theme and EE turned off, there are Parse errors in the Dashboard. Looking into this this was an old issue with corrupt files (wp-includes).

I would also be concerned about the MySQL version, we really do recommend 5.5+
