How do I use this with Auth.net SIM payment?

I had asked this before but really didn’t get how to do it.

You really do nothing. Authorize.net just uses Akamai now.

k..customer getting this error:

Authorize.Net Merchant,

Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to it.
Transaction ID: 8657101295
Transaction Result: This transaction has been approved.

The following message was displayed to the customer:

——————————An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.

All customers are getting the above error.

What you’ll need to do then is speed up your site. For example, if your theme and other plugins load up dozens of JavaScript files as well as several CSS files, those are each going to be a separate http request when they that post loads up. A plugin like Better WP Minify can be configured to compress and smush together all of those separate CSS files into one, and then the scripts in the Head of the document into one, and the scripts in the footer into one. So you could go from having several dozen http requests in one page load, to less than a half dozen.
