Hello,
We have integrated the ee plugin with authorize.net aim plugin.
In live mode gives the following error:
ship to first name is required
Response code 3
Response sub code 2
There are no fields related to shipping info in admin. Any idea why I get this error?

Hi Ben,
Are you using a separate plugin to integration Event Espresso with Authorize.net AIM? This shouldn’t be necessary, AIM is built in to the standard version of Event Espresso.

No we are not using separate plugin for integration with Event Espresso.
The inbuilt AIM with EE is giving the above error. Are there any settings related to ship info in authorize.net that need to be changed? I checked the EE aim authorize config but there are no field settings.
Fyi, http://www.pcaaz.org/events/ you can check the link & fill info . We tried using real cc number but shows the error: ship to first name is required

I found this from another authorize aim module:
Q) An error has occurred and your order cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. (Ship To First Name is required.)
A) Login to your Authorize.net control panel. Then go to Settings/Payment Form/Form Fields and uncheck required fields.
