We have recently updated to the Accept plugin. Our current site theme has a somewhat ‘narrow’ standard display which causes the iframe window to have a scroll bar to see all the fields. We’d like to modify the Registration Checkout page so that the whole page is wider to eliminate the scroll bar. Can you tell us how to adjust the page width through CSS without messing up any of the other page/form/plugin functionality? Can you point to or tell us what code is needed to adjust that? I have an image of the page I can share if that is helpful. |
Hi, An image of the page isn’t helpful. What would be helpful would be html. If your site’s theme is based on the twentyseventeen theme, you could do something like this: https://gist.github.com/Netzberufler/792a74d63f24aadcad444f4c9d415c11 Then edit the page’s Page settings to use the full width template. |

So, we’ve attempted to address this through site page settings. It doesn’t help directly. However, oddly when you navigate to the page initially the iframe is small and requires scrolling. However, if you scroll all the way to the right and back several times the iframe window is now large enough to accommodate all the fields. I can reproduce this and provide you with a screen video capture of it in action. Please advise. |
A screen capture won’t help, we need to view the code on the page. Can you link us to an event we can use to run a test registration to view this, please? |

You can send temp login details using this form: |

The page event linked to above is a preview and so cannot be viewed anyone other than admins/editors, can you either publish the above or resubmit the form with login credentials you can use, please. |

Try again. |
Thank you, that helped. The available space to display the iframe is dependent on your theme, however, Josh recently replied to another user with a similar problem here: If you add that code to your site does it display the iframe correctly then? |

I believe that resolves the issue, thank you. |
