Hello, we were forced to start using Authorize.net Accept and purchase a new add-on plugin. We have set it up and added our API keys.
When we use event espresso to register for an event, we are able to enter our credit card details. When we submit the “processing” button displays indefinitely and nothing happens on screen. There is a button way at the bottom of the page that says “proceed to final registration” however it is greyed out and not clickable.
I receive an email receipt for my payment from Authorize. Then I receive an email saying that the payment failed. The payment status is “abandoned”.
The issue doesn’t appear to be on the Authorize.net end because the API keys added are working.
Can you help us troubleshoot this issue as soon as possible? Thank you for your help.

We’ve had a few reports of this issue (it affects some users and not others) so have decided to extend the payment method deprecation deadline to April 15th 2025.
Please update to the latest version of Event Espresso (5.0.32.p or above) to allow Auth.net AIM to continue to work.
