I am using the latest version of WordPress Version 5.7.1 on PHP 7.4 with Event Espresso Version 4.10.11.p and Event Espresso – Accept Gateway (EE 4.9.59+) Version 1.0.3.p.

There are a few things that seem to be a common occurrence:
1. Users are getting an error initializing form from

2. Users are getting a message that their transaction went through but EE4 says the process is pending

This issue seems to be occurring on Safari and Chrome, while Firefox does not appear to have this issue.

3.Users are getting double charged. It doesn’t always appear as a double charge in EE4, but does so on the side.

Hi Kelly,

By the looks of it, there’s an issue with your server communicating with’s server.
