Hi. have to switch from authorize SIM to authorize.accept due to authorize not supporting. When I make the switch 2 big issues:
1. after putting in credit card info and clicking submit – it times out. Says server isn’t responding
2. Even though it times out the transsaction shows as captured/pending settlement in my client’s authorize account
3. If it doesn’t time out (not many of these) the registration never gets marked approved once it settles at authorize. I really want it to show approved at time of payment – not to wait.

How are you today?
Is your site in live or test mode with Authorize.net Accept? Are you using live or test/sandbox credentials?
