New installation of EE (latest version) on WP3.8.1 with Volume Discounts and MER addons.
Registration is working fine, but the number of attendees on the Event Overview page (list of events) is zero. I have 8 events, each with maximum 16 attendees, but all show 0/16.
Clients HAVE registered and attendee numbers are showing when on the Event Overview (edit event) page. Eg. 1/16 attendees etc.
Should the numbers be equal? I presume so. Attendees have not yet paid, but have selected the Invoice gateway.
It appears a bit confusing as, at first glance, nobody has booked… even though they have!
If they have not paid, then by default they will not count toward the total. You can change this by going into the event options for the event -or- the Event Espresso>General Settings (for all events) and set the default payment status to pending. This will make it so that when someone registers, their registration counts toward the total even if they haven’t paid yet.
Then you can go in and change the attendee’s records so their payment status is pending.
