Attendees ot receiving tickets [EE4]

My attendees are receiving their purchase confirmation emails, but about half are not receiving their e-tickets.

I can find no pattern to this, it is just another inconsistent bug in a list of many.

Anyone had this happening before or have any suggestions

Hi Marcus, Event Espresso itself does not send out any emails. It uses wp_mail which then uses a local email server.

If you are not using a transactional email service like Mailgun, Sendgrid, Mandrill, or Postmark app, then I definitely recommend checking into one.

The issue that you described sounds sporadic so those emails might be flagged or arriving to the spam or junk mail folder.
