Attendees Not Showing Up in App

When I logged on to the app to scan tickets, only 50 out of the 186 attendees have showed up. What could be causing this?

Hi Jackie,

When you have more than 100 events, attendees, or registrations you’ll need to update the app’s default settings. You can go into the iOS device settings and scroll down past the apps developed by Apple to where you see individual app settings. There you can tap Event Espresso and go into its settings and adjust the default settings as needed.

Thanks! It was set at unlimited so I assumed that would be fine. I changed it to a number and it is working fine now. Thanks!
