Hello,
I’m trying to find a way for attendees to update their information by sending them a link in an email. I’ve used the ‘[RECIPIENT_EDIT_REGISTRATION_LINK]’ but i get an error every time –
“An error has occoured: We’re sorry but there appears to be an error with the “reg_url_link” or the transaction itself. EED_Single_Page_Checkout – _final_veriforcations – 827″
I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’ve tried it on multiple test registrations and no difference.
The website url is http://www.myc17.com.au/register

Hi Tom, could you try removing the “index.php” from your permalinks through the permalinks settings page in your WP dashboard and try again?
