Attendees being overwritten

Hi,

We use square to accept many of our clients payments at the event and let them know they have the option of paying at class or online. The problem is when people need to make more than one transaction (due to coupon use or different cards used by different people, etc.), complete one registration, and go to register another, the previous registration info is overwritten! How can I force close their ‘session’ once they hit the payment page (knowing that most of our clients pay at class). This is an urgent issue for us. On EE 3.1.36.5.P.

Hi Travis,

You’ll need to select a payment gateway and process with that option to close the session.

For example, you could use the invoice payment gateway or the check payment gateway and then click on that option which will close the session.
