I have an event we have been holding for many years. We would like to sell tickets online where one person purchases and multiple people are attendees. We need certain data attached to each attendee. Meal, specific event, tshirt, mug, etc. Can we do this with your product?

Hi Mike,

How are you today?

Event Espresso should meet your needs, but it also depends on what you need specifically so we can guide you to the right version/license.

When you say “sell tickets online” do you want attendees to print tickets and bring them to the event for validation or do you mean register and pay (without printing tickets)?

Do you intend to charge for meals, specific events, swag, etc.?

Hi Mike,

We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.

I would recommend Event Espresso 4. You can set up one event that a person can register a group to, as well as add “add-on” items that increase the price of the registration.

Does that help answer your questions? Let us know if you have anymore.

So they would purchase online and pick up tickets at event. I would need the packages segmented by attendee. For instance I am buying for antendee 1, 2, and 3. 1 and 2 order a fri night dance, sat banquet, and golf. 3 wants sat banquet and a tshirt and mug. I buy for all and at event our reg people have excel sheet with this segmentation.

Hi Mike,

With EE3 you would use the Multiple Event Registration addon (https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-multiple/) so that people can purchase multiple tickets at one time. If you have quantity limits on those events on different days then they should be different events. The person registering can determine which attendee is registered for which ticket (event, banquet, etc).

I think EE4 would work better for you but we don’t have the official ticketing feature available. If your staff has an excel sheet waiting to check people in then you may not need the ticketing feature yet.?. https://eventespresso.com/features/multiple-ticket-pricing-options/
