Attendee Report Missing Names

Today we had 4 people register for an event on our EE3 calendar. Person 1 and Person 2 registered and received their on-screen confirmation; the registrations went to both our main eMail and to the designated CC eMail; but their names have not shown up on our Attendee Report.

Person 3 (me) and Person 4 registered and received their on-screen confirmation, registrations went to both eMails and DID show up on Attendee Report.

We checked all registration in the main eMail and Person 1 & 2 both appear to be correct , ie. same information as the previous days’ registrants and Person 3 & 4. But 1 & 2 are not showing up on our Report. What happened to Person 1 and 2 on Attendee Report?

Hi Martha,

When this happens it is usually because the user clicked the back button on the browser after completing the first registration (Person 1 & 2) to add another registration, this basically overwrites the first registration with the second set of details which is why you can’t find Person 1 & 2 in the list.

Which version of Event Espresso 3 a re you using please? We have alters within the later versions that warn the user not to click back after their registration.

Hi Tony,

I think I understand what you are saying, but Person 1 and 2 are different people, and each registered separately. Person 1 registered herself online at home. Person 2 registered herself online from her office. One did not register the other. And just this moment, the program planner let me know that another registrant (let’s call her Person 5) is not showing up on our Attendee List either. She registered herself from a different location at a different time.

We are using EE Version 3.1.37.6.P with calendar add on Version 2.2.7.p.

Any other thoughts?

I think I understand what you are saying, but Person 1 and 2 are different people, and each registered separately.

Then the above is likely not the problem.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Look for ‘Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?’, what is that set to?

Which attendee report are you using? Can you explain the steps you use to get the attendee report.
