Attendee Registration – unique email

Hello there,

We did notice that it’s possible to an attendee to register several times with the same email on the event.

Is there a way to restrict this? I mean if a user already registered with one email, then no more users can user that email to register ?

Hi Dinn,

There isn’t currently a way to restrict the number of times someone can register, but this is an idea we’re tracking interest in:

that would be a great feature. many of our attendees just registered twice because they forgot that they are already registered.
