I found an attendee (thankfully she emailed) who registered for multiple events and did not pay. She is confirmed as attending those events even though she did not pay, but does not show up in the general list of registrations for this month or at all. Yet when I bring up the events that she registered for, she appears.
Glad you figured it out. Yes the “retrieve rows…” is new to help those with large numbers of events/attendees not have their site grind to a halt due to database retrieval.
It doesn’t explain why her registration was confirmed though. Any idea why that might be? I had another one during hte same week. Did not pay, but marked as complete.
Did both of these sign up to the same event or different ones?
Have you checked the event/s settings to make sure “Default Payment Status for Event: ” (right hand side in the event) is not set to completed?
Also in the general settings “Default Payment Status (this value will be automatically filled in for each person’s payment status, until payment is made, for each event):” should not be marked as complete.
I have changed nothing from my original set up as far as I can see. It all happened during the first week of January, but as far as I can tell has not happened since. But I am worried in case I missed something!
It looks right, I cant see why they would be marked as complete when payment hasnt been made. What gateway/s are you using?
