Attendee Reassignment not working

I can’t tell if this is on my end or not. I have the latest EE and plugins. I click the event I want to move my atendee to and click Update Record. It says the details were changed, but it still shows the attendee under the same event. Any suggestions?

Hi Andrew,

Did you also tick the “Move to new event?” tickbox? I forget that every time and without it the attendee wont move (its a fail safe feature).

Yes, I check that box. No dice.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

If possible please advise the attendee and event to and from so we can test it.

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details.

I took a look at this, and it looks to me like the attendee is being moved correctly. The attendee James is certainly no longer part of the Dec 3rd event and the edit attendee screen reflects the correct event name.

The only thing I can see that are not occurring are: in the edit attendee page the date for the event isn’t being updated (so it is showing 3rd Dec instead of 21st Nov in your example).

I moved him elsewhere and back again and I cannot see any problems.

Can you clarify he has been moved, please also test it yourself and let me know if it is working for you.
